I would try googling the said company and talk with their tech support or parts center. If you bought the cover than return to the place you bought it form if not still go to a truck accessory place. You might have some luck there I bet. When I lost the keys for my canopy and tailgate I went to truck outfitters (our truck store) and they set me up with places to get new keys cut and they sold me a new lock for the tailgate so thats what I would do.

Yeah your best bet would be a truck accessory place. Even if they do not have the part they will probably head you in the right direction.

Ok so i just went through this bs with my kids cover. The plastic insert im assuming is what you broke not the bar itself. these install in about 2 minutes. Tonneaumaster/Sportmaster is out of business now so you will have no luck trying to find them (as i tried for about a week). the shop we just found out about in our area (western mass) had a box of them. They are a warranty item and they gave us one free!!! I would try them if you have had no luck still. they might make you pay the shipping or something but the part should be free like mine was. I got myself a Truxedo last year so i dont have these problems anymore

The place is Cap and Hitch of New England online at www.capandhitch.com
there is contact info on their page.
