I have an 2003 SLT. I added a leveling kit and 35's. Now I want to work on the engine. I am looking for a CAI and tuner but there are so many out there. The truck is an everyday driver that is used for work and towing sometimes but not heavily. I just want to get a little more power and better runnig truck. Any suggestions?

 

GEARS!!!kinda expensive but youll thank yourself, had 35's on mine for awile and it was kinda slugish...4.56's will help alot...might recommend doing your own CAI its cheap around $40 bucks not including air filter, and ide go with Diablo sport tuner

 

im in the same boat, all stock 5.7. I have been researching, and the predator seems to be the way to go tuner-wise. more options and about the same $$, and can tune for more upgrades down the road.

 

i would do a cai frist, then an predator

 

Plenty of threads here about CAI's. I'm bias on the tuner but I say predator...even though the superchips 3815 is getting more options soon.
