prep work is everything i have finally figured out.. it reallllly it.. even on the badges.. i took my time, used fishing time to take them off, they left half of the tape on the truck and half on the letters.. sanded em up a little bit with 320, self etching primer, primer sealer, and krylon semi flat black..

when it came time to put them back on, i just used a tiny tiny tiny bit of gorilla glue .. i mean like.. not even a tear drop on each one.. and stuck them right back on to the left over tape from when they came off.. this whole project is makin the truck look soooo good.. way better than i ever imagined..

i was so bored with how plain it looked.. but now.. its takin on some shape..

DEPO black LED tails, NightRunner heads, black led 3rd brake light, all going on this week.. and i have a DMH cutout in the mail and going on this weekend.. putting a flowmaster 40 after the cutout, and then side exit on each side infront of the rear tire with angled and slashed tips.. only think im stuck on is that the tips will be chrome.. but wondering if i should paint them a semi flat black with exhaust pipe paint and match the theme...

i dunno yet.. but ill post pics this week of everything.. thanks for the compliments guys..

btw, steal my rear, ram head badge, and i bull dose your truck! lol

I tell you what, you got some ***** painting those wheels!!! Haha, but, you def know what you're doing, thats for sure. As you can see, we have similar trucks, minus the wheels. I plan on going with black rims, preferably with a chrome lip. Your truck just furthered my ambition Great job!
