It doesn't matter really. I would think the Chrome would be more rigid and easier to install. I had the plastic ones and they had to be controlled to place them back on straight.

kyrlon fusion semi flat black.. good for basically any kind of finish.. got it at advance, and also used self etching primer, and primer sealer, and about 4-5 good, light coats of the paint, the last one being a little heavier..

just make sure you get the edges and corners good..

man your rims set your truck off not to mention you painting the badges! glad to see you took your time and just didn't try to halfa$$ it like some people do. just can't get over how clean it all looks. you should definitley charge to do that stuff. you could make a killing. I like how the lug nuts pop out at you on the rims to.

So did you remove the tires off the wheels as well or just tape everything up really good

My guess is he taped everything up.

Also, what dod you do about your wheel weights? I know Chrysler puts weights on the outer lip because that's the first mod I ever did to my truck was remove those weights and have stickies put on the inner lip.
Did you remove the weights, paint them and underneath and then put them back on?
