I dont know I just saw it on another site, it was something like the truck was hopping all over the place at high speeds when hitting a dip or hole while going through a turn or something like that. It was a another forum site, heres the link

It's mainly known as "BumpSteer". I've experienced it a couple of times in my 04. Hit a bump on a turn going anything over 50 and the whole truck starts to bounce around. It's because of the ****y shocks. I have the new Rancho 9000x here but have not installed them yet. Too damm cold. Once installed, they should help eliminate the problem.
Oh, I thought it was something else. They made it sound like it was something out of the ordinary. I have an 82 JeeP CJ7 that
hops all over the place at any speed, but then again it has 35" boggers on it.

I believe it only applies to the 2500 and 3500's and its usually due to messing with the front suspension. Its kind of like when your tie-rod ends go bad and the front of the truck starts bouncing uncontrollably (experienced that one in a Ford 3/4 ton going over a bridge on an interstate at 70 mph... talk about pucker factor), but instead of being up and down, its side to side.
I had the same problem with my ram 2500, it was called the dead mans shake. The problem for me however was because of having my 22" rims on the truck. The rims were not really the problem until they got bent from hitting potholes. Anytime that i went over a bump at like 65 or more the truck began to do the dead mans shake. I had to get everything replaced on the front end of the truck. I got the same wheels i had in 22's warranteed and switched to 20's, than i put a 4" skyjacker lift with 35" tires mounted on the 20's and I haven't had a problem since.

I can come from changes to the suspension, but one of the most common causes is shocks that can't handle the weight of the tires. My stock 01 Dakota with the 31s did it until I upgraded shocks
