Well it is sort of simple. If it clunks when turning (without brake) it is likely ball joint. If it only does it while applying the brakes it is likely brake parts.

oh and the fuse should be a 25 amp fuse at the center row at the very end towards the engine...Id check that out and that may be the reason that code is throwing

i got a clunk and whatnot from my bearings when turning and going straight and really bad when applying the brakes

Could even be the calipers have a problem. Maybe hard braking caused some damage. Had an old car that would clunk when the brakes were applied, the only fix was new but just a thought.
