thanks, i dont know why a lot of people dont like em. theyre actually a safety feature . people can see you better at night.

orange truck with orange leds, sounds good to me here is the brand i bought it from and hey look, they come in orange. so far i have no complaints.

orange and pink are the only colors my setup doesnt light up in.
dont get neons if you get some. they break easier and use up more energy for less brighter lights

 

as an update to this thread... I ended up taking my stock hood with the stick-on hood scoop off and replacing it with a functional cowl induction hood that I paid $200 for and had painted for $150. I probly wouldnt have done so since I was not looking for a new hood but I went to one of my vendors and saw the hood leaning against a wall in their warehouse and knowing that it had been there about 3 years I decided to strike a deal with them for it. I also found the lower spoiler/lip from a daytona(I assume since it was already silver) on ebay and got it for $127.50 plus $50 to ship it. Better than paying the dealer $450 for it.

 

looks good...I actually like the scoop...would rather have a hood but hey, something is more than nothing!

And please for the sake of our RAMs, loose the decals! Fear This! is for the side of a funny car at the track and the flames just dont do it for your truck....sorry to be mean, its your truck...BUT IM TRYING TO HELP!!!!

 

I have a 2005 hemi sport and I love the factory hood scoop and ground effects. Just my opinion.

 

Is this comment towards Raminator? If so, his flame sticker was stolen, and he didn't put the hood scoop on, he decided to get an actual hood instead, or something else. Just didn't put it on.

And Vipersforsale, you have a really nice looking truck. Not sure how much I like the style cowl that you have, seems to sudden for me, but it still looks really nice.I wish I could get one nice and cheap like you did.

 

yeh like I said I wasnt really in the market or looking for a new hood, I was kinda happy with my stickon one but this deal kinda fell into my lap so I took it. The cowl is a little pronounced but it was hard to tell until I had it painted on on the truck to really see if I liked it or not. At least I dont see every other truck with the same hood, thats what I was trying to stay away from.

I have had the truck for 5 years and decided it was time to start to change up the looks a little in order to keep me interested in this one and keep me from buying a new one too. Aside from debadging it, not sure where else or what else to modify on the outside.

 

You might want to just stay quiet. Because trust me, we can find you many many things for you to modify on that truck. Starting with rims, lights, etc. So if you don't want to have an empty wallet, I'd just be quiet right now. lol
And yea, you don't see many trucks with cowls anymore, much less that style cowl.
