Question Best high mileage tire with snowflake symbol?

Well,
This year they made it law in Quebec that you need to run snowflake tires in the winter. I imagine it will happen in Ontario shortly so I want to make sure I get the right year round tires so that I don't need to have two sets.
The BF Goodrich LT245/75/17E tires look good to me but aren't really high mileage tires. Is there anything out there that can compete with 3195#s of load capacity that are tall and skinny? This is a highway truck that gets overloaded and does a lot of dump runs so heavy duty tires are a must. I've got Bridgestone Dueler Evos (P245/70/17) on right now and they always look like they are running flat...

Thanks, Steve
