And yes, that is crazy...that's why I haven't bought the AIRAID tube yet...ridiculously priced for a piece of plastic and two silicone adapters.

Then they really need to work on the wording on the ebay page cause right under description it says

- Full Cold Air Intake System (filter included)
- All hardware necessary
- Installation Instructions
And the system they show looks like the full system that they are describing not a hood scoop attachment. Either way though its a poorly put together ad thats for sure. If it is just the scoop attachment then someone is going to be really pissed when they find out that they need to order the rest of the kit...

probably done that way on purpose...i've seen auctions where people take a picture of the box of a product, make it sound like it's the product for sale, but put a small disclaimer that this is the box only...then make like $100 for an empty box.

see in this case it'll work backwards, cuz since they say it includes the filter and such, you can nail them for it. 'adapter' is a generic term, so them saying 'it was jsut for the adapter' won't cut it. problem is, they can just take the part back and refund your money, and that's that, so you don't get aynthing.
