explain the following:
transmission?
can u reprogram the on-board computer?
are u going carbueted, or fuel injected?
configured the vacuum system?

is this your only vehicle?



what about tranny?

what about tranny?

im going to be running a turbo trans , truck will be carb'd not going to bother with FI. This truck is probally going to turn into a street / strip truck and something i wont daily drive because of the emissions control system things in canada it probally wont reach the standards.. When the motors finished il be finding a car ( probally a turbo awd talon for winter ) and then it begins. Besides that i wont know what im doing untill i sit the motor in and see whats going to happen.

are you running a chevy 383 (350 w/ a 400 crank) or a chrylser 383 big block?

yea...that's why i asked. i wish this wasn't my dailt driver, cause i'd just throw in in the garage, and take the engine out, and slowly but surely get it done...lol

i'd sure as hell learn a lot.
