I am now looking at a Used 2007 Ram 1500 MegaCab 4X4. On the window sticker I cannot tell what rear end is in use 3.73 or 4.10.

It is the Laramie edition. Is there some way to tell?

Thoughts on the Ram 1500 MegaCab 4X4 for towing purposes. I have a camper that is loaded at about 5500-6000lbs. The tow rating for the 3.73 rear end is 7400 whereas the 4.10 is 8400.

3.73 is standard in the MC. Given 4.10 is not listed in the options that means it has 3.73.
