Default Ooops broke the tube on the oil fill

First, Let me thank you all for your help. I've been using your forum for advise anonomously for a while.

So I was changing my plgs and coils per the instruction on you site (Very helpfull) and I pushed a little to hard on the tube that comes out of my oil fill. It was pretty cold. If it was warmer, it probably wouldnt have broken. Anyway I havent followed it back. I assume it is some sort of breather. I need to drive my truck. Can I do so without damage until I get a replacement?

Actually the broaken end goes into the oil fill just below the cap. When I turned it on, I heard hissing if it wasnt sitting as if it was back together. Is this the same thing you are talking about?

You are talking about the hose that goes from your air filter to the valve covers right?

Sounds like his is a 4.7l. The PCV valve goes in the oil filler with a hose to the crankcase fitting.
