Default 2004 Ram 1500 Hemi Rough Start

Hey everyone I have a 2004 hemi with almost 66k miles. Spark plugs have been recently changed, injectors cleaned ect. Each morning the truck never fails to start but it starts rough, almost to the point of stalling. Usually does it the worst on the first start of the day. Here is a video of this mornings start. It was 13 degrees outside. What do you think is going on?

Probably have, But just let me be the first to ask, Have you changed Air filter and Fuel Filter? Could be alot of things from dirty throttle body, Bad plug wires, O2 sensors, Bad MAF, Vacuume leak, All kinds of things. Usually start with the simple things and work up.

Thanks for the response everyone, Ok yes the truck has been checked for codes, the air filter has been changed but not the fuel filter. From my knowledge I have been told the fuel filter is inside the tank and it is not really a service replaceable item like they used to be in older trucks. Is that right?

I just had the BG injector cleaner along with the BG 44K. It was done at a BG dealer. Im assuming yall are aware of this company and their products? Im pretty sure I read about them on this board.

As far as checking for 02 senors and leaks ect I dont know where to start. The truck is still under warranty, but my dealer here is terrible. (Lubbock Tx) Thanks for your help

well if you clean the TB first (I'm sure it'll need it and improve response and mpg's even if it doesn't fix the problem) start at the cannister and trace the the lines all the way back to the engine for the evap system. A small leak there will cause your issue...

I had this same thing happen on my Jeep and it ended up being the idle air control was dirty.

Ok I'm lost, what is a BG? If you mean the throttle body, did you take it off to clean it? Otherwise if that gunk went into the intake, that could definitely cause a problem.

Did you replace the plugs yourself? What kind did you use? Are you sure they were gapped correctly?
