I was wondering where you guys shop and what brands to look for. Also I am a complete NEWB at the truck deal and have no clue what would be need other than just gears. I do know I would have to swap front and rears, but other than that completely clueless and I definately dont wanna go to the local install shop and ask cause they'll squeeze every penny outta me... So I figured I would ask " You " pros first...

 

Lot of people get their gears from Randy's Ring & Pinion they really know their stuff. I personally buy from a company called AxleBoy but just shop around for the best deal. I am sure their are some sponsors here who sell gears.. I personally like Superior Gears or Yukon because they set up well and are quite.

Also since your asking the question I am assuming your not doing the gears yourself so you may end up better buying from the shop thats going to setup your gears. Besides gears your going to need a Master Install Kit for front and back if you have a 4x4
