Pacesetters can come in Stainless and they have 1.75" primaries with 3" collectors. Which is what you should be shooting for for any noticeable gains.

Yeah I just found that info out on another site. Seems like a good deal, the pacesetter stuff actually has improved over time.

All B.S. aside! Pacesetters are lower quality vs other high up names like Kooks, Doug Thorley..etc However I would have to say that Pacesetter who have been around for a while are a better built header than that OBX stuff you were looking at. There are several things to a header you would really be looking for. Weld quality is one of them that is blatently overlooked by nearly everyone. If their welds are machined crappy, you'll have issues. I bought a set of BBK LT's that had gobbs of weld on the inner primaries that was a moajor restriction. I spent 4hours grinding those down to help with flow. Bottom line...I doubt I wil ever be buying BBK products ever again. Wall thickness, flange thickess, collector size and primary size are all things that need to be considered. For just the "dummy" looking to buy headers. ( Not classifying anyone into this category but just giving you the perspective of reality) For the average "dummy" buying headers, you should look at primary size and collector size! 2 major power enhancements of any header! 1.75" and 3" collector are the only demands that should be made for a Hemi motor. They do breather alot!

As far as quality and lasting. Even if they say they are Stainless, unless they specify T304stainless, they are made 409 which will create surface rust and have minor flaking, but should never rust fully through. They just won't look pretty. I would suggest getting them dipped in Ceramic coating and they will be the longest lasting part on your engine! Dipping does the inside as well as out. Think of all that moisture that comes out your tailpipe on starts. There's moisture inside there that can rust the inside as well. JetHot sells headers and coats all of them to your desire. Moe's is simply a 2nd party seller for them.
Stainless is a much better insulator than mild steel which helps create more hp. Ceramic coating over the stainless is the bet thing for the headers. It will reduce under hood temps as well as create most hp for that application. Less heat =more hp. That's why you want bigger primaries and collectors. Get that heat away from those heads.

Watch what you invest your money in when it comes to 304 ss. There are several companie on ebay making headers and exhaust that claim to be 16 gauge ss that are actually closer to 20 gauge and that are not worth a ****. Most of it is from china, and they do not have the quality control over there that we do in the us. Just a warning.
