Default 2003 3.7 ram running rough

had a water pump let go on me a few weeks ago, got this fixed no problem. Drove fine for a few days and now it runs rough, like its got a miss, it idles rough and is very sluggish. Did it for a few days and then straightened up and now it is doing it again. When the water pump let go almost all the antifreeze blew out and covered the engine compartment.I think, well pretty sure really, that I got moisture somewhere but I have no idea where to start. Anyone have any ideas? Thought about the O2 sensor but wasnt sure. The MIL will stay on sometimes and then at other times it will flash. Did finally get it to show me a code of P 0300. I thought orignally it might have been bad gas so I put a can of SeaFoam in the tank, didnt help any. Any help would be appreciated.

P0300 is a random misfire. Chances are the antifreeze messed up a coil (Not sure how many coil packs are on the V6) or one of your ignition wires are bad.

I would just put on a set of wires and put in plugs while I was at it if your truck is due for them. After that head to the coil. If your truck has newer wires and plugs then maybe go right to the coil. Of course it could also just be a loose ignition wire as well

even cheaper to try.. clean your throttle body. Can is less than 10 bucks and takes 15 mins or so. Might fix it without having to buy new parts till you find whats wrong

Does not hurt to clean the TB once in a while, but that will not cause a misfire.

put in new plugs and problem ssems to be fixed. seemed to have liquid in rubber coil boots, cleaned these out with contact cleaner and that seemed to have done the trick.
