What you need to do, is muster up the *****, and paint your rims black. Being ones like that, it'd be scary, and I don't know if I'd have the ***** to, but I think your truck would look sweet blacked out. Chrome is harder to do, because you can over-do it. Black is harder to. So you might find something sweet that's chrome, but with so much, it could be over-kill. I'd like to get rid of some of my chrome. But don't know what to.

Only did one rim, because can't Photoshop those that nice. Took off the pinstripe, and the badge. I think it looks cool. Also blacked out your taillights.

 

personally i like the pinstripe, on that truck. the photoshopped wheel looks pretty sweet also...

 

i have always wanted a blacked out truck. there is one dodge ram in my town that is completely blacked out. it looks so nice, i need to get a picture of it but it is the pre-facelift ram reg cab which i dont like as much as the 06+ i thought about just trading my rims with someone who has black 22's. actually chrome ones are worth more so maybe i could get 24's with not much more $ but then id have to get my grill black too.
how hard is it to paint chrome? i dont want to ruin my rims because they are not cheap. like ried69 said, its gonna take a lot of *****

 

heh...i got some black 22" lol....yeah i like the truck alot without the SXT sticker.....if your gonna paint the handles and the mirrors, then send me a PM and i'll tell ya some tricks that i've learned from painting my door handles......after i did my own, i've had bout 15 different people ask me to do theirs as well....it takes a little time to do tho (at least to do it right)

i'm actually gonna work on writing a DIY for painting the door handles when i get my next project in...should be sometime monday i think that i'll be able to start writing it and taking pics
