I would say stainless since you have the alluminum wheels, the truck is black but the lower half of your truck is shiny so I would go with stainless. Good luck on your decicion your truck is slick anyhow..

 

I bought the Westin e-series stainless 3" tubes and so far they have worked out really.

 

I would say black since you're in California. I have black on my 04 and had black on my 98 Durango but plan on switching to stainless because I'm in upstate NY and the winters here destroy them (salt). When I sold the Durango I was able to push my finger right through them. I think the stainless would hold up better to northeast winters. BTW...sweet ride you have there
