Is there anything i can do to get better milage out of my truck? . everything so far is stock and i only get 13 at best highway.. and not that agressive on the pedal .. any help please? .. would like to get atleast 16 - 18MPG

 

I had that exact same truck and I had the same problem. I finally got rid of it, but hopefully you'll find something that helps.
