could that code have something to do with me having my exhuast dumped, it would come out like once every 5 months and then i would erase it without problems for a long time

doubtful...P0441 is for a EVAP Purge System Performance.....could have a purge solenoid slowly goin out.....but having the exhaust dumped shouldn't have anything to do with this

how hard/expensive is that gunna be to fix and whats the problems that come along with having it slowly going out

it's a peice of cake to replace...just one connector and then slides up off a "dowel".........only thing it does really is purge fuel vapors to be burned

how do i tell if its slowly dying on me any ways to test it or is that pretty much it, and wheres it located

yeah theres a way to test it but i cant for the life of me remember what the procedure is....it'll be up front, kinda by the battery...have 2 lines going into the side of it and 1 coming out the bottom if i remember right...one of the hoses going to it will have a green cap on it....just unplug the lines and the connector

so a quick ten minute job if everything goes right, and do normal stores like autozone carry them or is it something i gotta get through the dealer

umm...should be able to get it any auto parts store, dont think it's anything too special

that would be it....couldnt remember if it was 3 lines or 2....but they will be hard plastic lines and then have a formed rubber peice at the end where it plugs into the purge solenoid
