Default Ram C/V

I bought a C/V that came with a solid flat load floor but now know that access panels for the storage areas under the floor were available with a different (deluxe) floor. Is it possible to add those panels and if so, where can I get them? My local dealership isn't much help.

I've seen some on craigslist when they remove them to add the subwoofer box.

Default flat load floor access panels

If you are putting subwoofers in your Ram C/V I'm trying to find a set of the access panel doors to put into my floor.
