Lol I cant help but laugh. First, in Europe, they go 5-6kmi oil change intervals on regular dino. Secondly, Chrysler filters are garbage and dont filter down to the micron level you need; you want about 10 microns to be filtered chrysler only filters down to 25 from the last tests I saw(rebadged standard oil filter). Thirdly, no flush is required my friend just drain and refill. Change at 3k for the first change because synthetics have one hell of a detergent package that will clean the hell out of your motor.
Fourthly, in my humble opinion, change your oil every 10k like me but change you filter every 5k and then top off. Blackstone has indicated I could go alot further then 10k with the TBN I have.
Also CASTROL SYNTEC IS NOT SYNTHETIC... The only synthetic castrol makes is 0w-30 and it clearly says made in germany on the package.

I run mobil one synthetic 'n mobil one filter, they say you dont need to change it for a rediculous amount of miles. I change mine every 6,000 and not a mile more, 30k is insaine. id stick with every 6 or less.

The filter does get alot of junk, Although the longer your engine goes without change the more your risk junk gumming your engine and sludge. Synthetic sludges to you know. I have taken engines that have used synth from the beginning apart and you would not believe what you can find in those things. Besides, If you have a warranty and If they take your engine apart and find excessive sludge build up it will break your warranty.

I could just here it now, "But, I was using synthetic and the bottle said I only had to change every 10K miles." Watch the dealer fall on the floor laughing at you. Or walk away shaking his head thinking 710.

When you say looks clean, you mean, I look in the oil cap and it looks clean, Or I pulled the heads off, Pulled the oil pan, etc... and can guarentee there is no sludge.

I mean to each there own. However If your running a warranty I can guarentee they will void it if they suspect your running on super extended oil changes, And beleive me, Synth or not a trained eye can tell.

Most likely "looks clean" to most people is the pulling the dipstick and checking the color/looking in the cap. however this obviously is not where sludge is going to build up. if you really want to see if your sludge free- pull your pan off and have a look. like traker said- telling the dealership the bottle said 10k+ isnt going to go over well. i'd advise to stay at 5-6k mile changes.

It's "too" and "hear", and I'm reading this half drunk, so even though you've made a good point, you sound stupid if you can't use words at a 6th grade level! Time to crack another Heineken cause I'm an unemployed bum now...
