Default CEL And code question

Hello everyone!
I've been having the CEL come on in my 2005 Hemi Ram.
It only comes on if the gas gets down below 1/4 tank.
At first I thought it had to do with ice or road debris on my gas cap gasket so I'd just clean that off when I gassed up. This works fine every time until I get low on gas again.
Yesterday, it came on again but before I gassed up, decided to clean the gasket again and it went off. Just for the heck of it, I decided to check the codes and I'm getting a P 0138 O2 sensor circuit high voltage (bank 1 sensor 2). But the light is still off as of today.
Any ideas if the gas cap issue is a coincidence or if I have a bad O2 sensor or what?
Thanks in advance.
74k miles by the way.

Yah, the gas cap sets a different code--evaporative system leak--large, small

Have you tried gas from a different station???

Seems weird and doesn't make sense to me that it gets set when you're below 1/4 tank.

Try running a fuel system cleaner through it (Seafoam would be my choice) and try fuel from a different station before you decide to change out the O2 sensor

I think I may have gassed up at the same station the last few times. I remember back in my Ford days, I used to run on BP Gas and ruined just about every fuel component in that truck. I heard horror stories from people with fleets of vehicles that needed major work.
You think I would've never gone back but it's been convenient lately ya know.
I'll see if I can find some of that seafoam and give it a try.
Those sensors are easy to get to as well as easy to take off and clean. Maybe I'll try that too.
It's just weird that the light comes on after I get below 1/4 tank.
