Default 2005 Dodge 2500 Hemi Exhaust Advice

Hello I am looking at possibly buying a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.7L Hemi. I have one question about something I might want to do with it: performance exhaust. I want something that sounds good, but not extremely loud. I have been looking at the Banks Power setup. Also I would like to remove the catalytic converters, in my state we do not have inspections. Is there anyone out there that has removed the converters on a Dodge Hemi, and if so how did you trick the computer so that the check engine light would not illuminate.

Thanks.

Magnaflows sound great on all the hemis, and they arent that loud. If you dont have inspections, you might as well get some long tube headers too! your truck would sound awesome, and i would be really jealous. there are lots of threads out there on how to run your truck with no cats, might be a non-fouler trick? not too sure on that, but the search feature on this site is great. you should be able to find out everything you need to know.
