Can somebody help me?
Does anyone have set-up spec's for a Motive 4.56, 9.25 ring and pinion?
My brother and I installed my new 4.56 gear set at his dealership a few weeks ago and we thought everything went great but something is wrong with the set-up and I need to tear it back down and do it again.
The new gear set did not come with any setup specs so we set it up with factory clearances and such..... This is obviously wrong...
Thanks in advance for your help!

We found the problem...
The "New" inner pinion bearing had failed for some reason. Not really sure why but I replaced the bearings and put it back together and drove the truck 2400 miles to Pennsylvania with no problem so all is well now....
Thanks to those who chimed in...
BTW, it was colder then **** in Penn!!!!!!
