wow thats about $3 off per quart if you buy the 5 gal of it...before shipping anyways. That would be fine, 5-20 so its right on spec.

Having a few on hand is great but a little more than most would need. Just remember there are 4qts per gallon. That makes 20qts per 5gal jug.
1 5gallon container will get you almost 3 oil changes. 1qt shy of 3. Not counting any oil added if burning any?

No ship, I am in that area all the time. Yeah, Finding the stuff is a pain. I usually try to keep about years worth of oil changes on hand so I don't have to goto the store just to change oil and my shop uses a waste oil heater so I don't have to dispose of the old oil. I actually have a 50gal drum of 10w30 dino for my other vehicles. But the truck is special....

Nice to have the room capabilities to be able to do that. my garage is stuffed. I gotta sell my car and get it outta there so I have more room to be able to keep things like that on hand.

Is the garage where the oil is kept heated? Any moiture problems in the tank? Did you set up an electric pump and drop a line through the top of the tank? Easy way to pump out into a measuring gallon!

I live in the country, The house I bought came with a heated/Ac 2,000 sqft garage/workshop. The oil barel is like those farm gas tank barels on stand with a simple pump mechanism in it. It is air tight. Measurement wise, It has a little gauge on it that says how much I have pumped.

I also have another 1,000 sqft workshop in the back that I use for storage, That also has a nice little waste oil heater in that one to, But I gotta figure out whats wrong with the pre-heater before I can use it again.
