Anyone running this in their engine? I'm thinking about trying it to see if I can get any mpg increase out of it vs. traditional oil. I have heard quite a few people say they saw mpg increases when they switched to royal purple.

 

i have no idea. i am running synthetic, and didn't get better mpg (noticeable anyways)...i can't see royal purple being better than a synthetic.

 

i used to run it in my 01 never kept track of mileage then (too young too care). i have ran mobil-1 since my truck had 17 miles on it and i average 20-21 on hw. i have a 08 RC 6 speed...but my buddy with a 08 QC CTD just changed his diffs and used royal purple his is claiming a noticible difference in all around driving. i was thinking of trying it pretty soon. even though i dont have any power.
