hi is there anyway you could esplain how he did that or even a diagram would be great

All he is saying is instead of getting power from the headlight circuit they wired the power for the ballast to the parking light circuit.

I am assuming since the truck looks for that resistance in the headlights and taillights but NOT in the parking lights is why it would work
