I do know the lady that is in charge of the fair grounds, but your talking about some serious money there.
My whole idea was schedule it at the same time as a local car show like the street machines or something like that.

 

After reading on this and all the other meet and greet ideas no one seems to want to drive more than an hour which is impossible but i say get some that are planned and you can choose which one to go to because they will all be fun but the one in springfield will be the best ;D so once we can find a great show get a date and try and make it is the only way it will ever get done
