2wd or 4wd? depends on how fast you want to go. what stock gears do you have in it now? if you have the 3.55 then bump up to the 3.92s.

one thing you also need to look at is what size your pumpkin is. if it will accept a 4.10 then you'll be smoking the tires with an egg under your foot

I know that when i ordered mine i had to choose the 3.92's if i got the HEMI and mine is 2wd but i dont know if it is any different for a 4wd. So im not totally sure but if you have a hemi there is a good chance it has 3.92's. Mine also has the 20's which are bigger tires so that could be the difference.

I'm not sure about all Hemi's having the 3.92, but I do know that if you have the 20" rims, then you have the 3.92 gear ratio. Assuming that the 20" rims came stock on your truck.

Yea i think you right if you go the 20's you have to have the 3.92's to accomidate the larger tires. If you have the smaller 17's you might have 3.55's unless you got the 3.92's as an option. Tire size has alot to do with the gear rations too.

i have the 17's, so if i go ahead and get the 3.92's will it make the truck run alot faster, or should i go higher?

the numerically higher the gear, the more bottom end but less top end you have. The numerically lower the gear, the less bottom end and more top end.
