if you want to get better mpg's ..
first... consider gettind a smaller vehical that is rated for good mpg's you bought a truck if you were conserned about mpg's you made a bad choice
second .. if you new about the mpg's in your truck but just want to get a bit more go with a good CAI exhaust and tuner.

back to getting better gas mileage. best thing to do is just get a cheap daily beater for like $500 from an auction. 4 cyl, 5 speed and gets 30+ mpg. even with insurance, you still will save money if you drive a lot

CAI, programmer, change all your fluids to a good synthetic (royal purple or amsoil), underdrive pulley, and an electric fan. These can all be found at websites that sponsor like airram.com, asp makes an underdrive pulley, and you can find the synthetics. Good luck and welcome.
