racing stripes?

I say paint the bumpers to match the truck and then do the flat black stripe. As long as its done by a good paint guy I think it will look really good.

i think it would be better to powdercoat chrome than to paint it because it will hold up better

You cant go wrong with powder coat. Its very durable and looks great and for that price id say you cant miss if painted bumpers is the path you wish to follow.

I vote Flat Black. You can get any vinyl guy to cut them and maybe a custom set. I have a custom set on my '09 Ram and everyone asks me where I got them. They look really good and I got to stick with the black theme.
