Nah, I only use it on the chrome or fake chrome. Luckily I am getting fewer and fewer of the chrome pieces.

I have used Mean Green and Purple Power. I spray it and use a brush to get the brake dust off and then rinse. That stuff does a damn good job at cleaning your tires also (and engine). If you really want them to shine then use some Nevr Dull to clean and polish. I also have a Mothers Powerball that works extremely well with polish and then wiping with a microfiber cloth.

I have an 05 and mine are plastic covers.... so are yours I think. Just check the outside edge, if it looks like aluminum, you have covers.

They have two styles in our rims, the better ones, and yours (at least from what I've heard). Apparently the plastic covers are nicer because they will stay shinier longer and are easier to replace, but you can powdercoat yours. I saw a Dodge at a lot with rims like yours, they were chrome rims. Weren't that shiny also.

Mine are shiny all the time. Mine really look nice, I love the way they are. And they are the plastic covers. One negative I noticed is I chipped a little bit of coating off of one by the lugnuts with a pressure washer, but that was a lot of pressure pretty close to it.

I have the Chrome rims not the cover's so I use this product from Meguiars. Leaves an incredible shine. Everytime I wash her after that I just rinse and dry off.

thats what i dont like about the plactic covers. their fake and can chip off easy. also, water and other stuff and get behind them and cause the rim to rust or something
