Does anyone know the exact parts needed for a hemi swap into a 4.7L?

I know a few of the parts but I can't find anyone to ensure the facts:

1) Engine
2) Wiring Harness
3) ECM
4) TCM
5) Engine Mounts

What else? Do I need all of these things?
