Considering Purchasing

Both of those trucks should be Certified, and as part of the certification they must have a clean carfax, single owner, and accident free.
If you have an suspicions, then walk away. Otherwise everythime you drive it, and hear a slight noise/bump you will think its because of a previous accident, and might regret your purchase.
If you like the blue truck, and the scratches are a deal breaker, tell the $tealer$hip, and they might either drop the price or fix those scratches.
Also, I think the factory warranty expires at 36K, and you might want them to certify is so you can get the extended, or a 3rd party warranty (in case Dodge isn't around in the next couple of years).
I paid a lot less for my Ram, but it had 48K on it, I had them certify it, and put new tires on it, and knock $100 off my maintanence visit, and we split the cost of the extended warranty (added-care-plus warranty).
