Default 2006 Dodge Sport Shifts

I'm experiencing odd shifting patterns lately with my truck. I'm about to hit 60k miles but those miles have been very easy on the truck. I don't race, gun off the line, tow, off road or in basic terms use the truck for what it was meant.

It started with a hard shift into drive after being parked over night or after leaving work. I spoke with one of my mechanics and he said that's typically pressure in the lines and not to worry, so I didn't.

Then about 2 months ago I noticed the the shifting would be delayed either shifting up or down. I had the front and read differential's flushed and brought it to a Dodge dealer. The dealer said a TSB to replace the front bearings was required so they took care of it.

The last 2 weeks it's started to become more evident so I took the truck to a side shop, they test drove, checked the transmission fluid and said everything looked good. They didn't have a scan tool and recommended I either bring it back to the dealer or AAMCO.

Today, I brought it to AAMCO.. I have to say the manager there was very helpful. He had a tech test drive, hooked up a scan tool for a thorough diagnostic (no the basic code pull back) but nothing seemed out of spec. He offered a pinpoint check and recommended a trans-flush which I was thinking of anyway. He then pulled up the TSB's on the truck and found one of he points I mentioned about hard shifting after 12hrs was listed.

I'm going to schedule a dealer to look into that TSB .. but I believe it's more than that. The truck has changed it's shifting patterns clearly for me in the last two months. There may be no codes posted, engine lights or odd trans-fluid colors but I know something is up. I'm close to 60k now... I'm going to schedule the dealer to investigate the TSB for hard shifts but that's only when sitting idle and it's due to a inline filter. I'm hoping someone might have some insight, I can provide more detail or specific information. I have no mods, I'm tech savvy... so ask away. I replaced the plugs with factor coppers, spaced them, removed the throttle body and cleaned it about 5 months ago. The only thing I did recent to these incidents was the TPS adjustment (Slowly depress and release the gas to adjust)... any help would be appreciated.
