Where is your AIT (air intake temp) sensor at and was it moved and it is still connected?

Go through and double check EVERYTHING AROUND THE INTAKE. You might have bumped something while installing, or maybe something came loose after your test ride at WOT. Oh common, I know when i got my stuff in, the first straight away was WOT. hahahaha

Just check and double check.

I don't know what K&N's instructions say, but the instructions with my Airaid CAI said to pull the PCM fuse before installation and reinstall it afterwards, as the increase in airflow would probably cause a CEL.

Pull the PCM fuse and leave it out for a few minutes; that will extinguish the CEL. Pop it back in and restart the engine and see what happens.

I wonder why some people get CEL's when they install CAI's and others don't. You would think going from stock to a lot more air flow we would all get them. My truck idled funny for a little bit until it got used to the extra air but not CEL.
