Default CB Radios

Has anyone tried to fit a CB radio in the slot under the heat/ac *****... i have a 02 ram. I know youd have to cut out the back for length but im curious if width and height would fit!

i knew i saw someone with that setup around somewhere...

Rampower... you have a CB or looking to buy one? just a recreational user? if you're just gonna be a light user, try the Cobra 75 or 76... i have the 76, $55 shipped on eBay, with firestik antennas... works just fine!

i have a big 8foot whip... hillbilly stuff. Highway use and offroad... im looking at a full size cb, i guess i just have to measure it up.

cut it and stuff a cobra 29 in there...then post a DIY so we can see how its done! ive wondered the same thing, i have a 29STWXNW sitting in the closet...

I already have it mounted, middle of box.. i had to fab my own mount.. extra tough, 1/4 inch thick... ill post pics tommorow.
