Default power wire

I was wondering what is this power wire I have been seeing throughout the forum and also how do I get rid of the dead peddle

oh I need some help on understand what your dead 'peddle' is? LOL

A powerwire connects to the AIT sensor to 'trick' the computer into changing the A/F ratio doesn't it? either way, ppl report anywhere from .5 to 1 mpg more with using it. You can google it and learn more also

Yeah I made mine and I'm getting anywhere from 1.5 to 2 MPG increase and the extra little pep ain't too bad either.

+2 on MPG reports, plus a little pep too. You see greater gains in the summer, where the temperature starts to rise.

There is a lot of info on the powerwire out there on this part of the forum. I have had one for a year or more now and it gave a nice little bump in performance for what it is. Just don't go into it expecting miracles as far as performance gains and I think you will be happy with the results.
