i've gotten 100 or so, maybe 105. she seemed to get a little winded up that high, but could have kept going no problem. no shimmy, shake, or wobble at all (bangs on wood).

I've had the Hemi up to 89 or 90 before. I was on I-95 down south somewhere and I was only going a little bit faster than the cars around me, and I glanced down and freaked a bit. I hadn't even noticed. The truck was riding like a dream though. Needless to say I dropped back down to a reasonable speed immediately.

I had my Mustang 6cyl convertible up to probably 130 or so once. I topped out the needle and kept going a bit. I found a stretch of highway out in West VA somewhere that was totally empty, no exits or on ramps, guard rails down both sides, slightly downhill, perfectly straight, and recently paved. It was so straight you could see for like miles down this thing. So I decided to see what that little 6 cyl was worth. Going that fast with the top down is crazy windy. I slowed down a bit when the car started to dance a little. I could have probably gotten a little more out of her if the top had been up because the wind wouldn't have had such a weird impact on handling.

I have had it up to around 100 before, but that is about it. I worry about a blow out more than anything else when I get up to that kind of speed.

The fastest the truck has been is about 70Mph or so.
The fastest the V8 has been is about 4,400RPM sustained.

Somewhere in the vicinity of 140 in a 72 Road Runner with a not quite stock 400 and the speedo needle bouncing all over the place between 140 and 150 (150 speedo). Front end was nice and light by that point....
