Just a quick ? On my 08 Ram The oil preasure gauge stays the same whether its cold, warmed up , or wide open On our Kia Sorento the gauge moves with the RPM;s Is it correct or is my gauge sensor inop??

Hell, if the needle drops, STOP IMMEDIATELY, then get it checked out immediately. Tow it if you have too.
These gauges will fluctuate a bit but if they don't it's no big deal... Most of the gauges on new vehicles only have three or four preset positions. Each position corresponding to a certain range in psi. so really if it's staying at one position at the gauge the oil pressure will be fluctuating in the engine the way you would think it should.
This is because america is full of retards that would see the gauge moving up and down and freak out and call wondering wtf is wrong with their car. That's why they call them idiot lights and the like.

Thanks. I thought what I said was self explanatory. DON'T DRIVE WITH NO OIL PRESSURE!!
