Default EGR valve relacement in 4.7l

Hi everyone,
I need some advice on replacing the EGR valve in my 2005 Ram 1500 4.7l v8. I replaced the one on my 5.7l Hemi with ease due to its convenient location. The one on the 4.7l looks like it is going to be very hard to get to. I really need to replace it myself since I don't really have the money to take it to a shop so if anyone has any tips that might help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Its not that hard to replace. I broke mine last time I was changing my plugs trying to get it out of the way. Your best bet is to get a haynes manual or something like that and look it up. It comes right off of the oil filler neck and is only a quarter turn to remove. Once it is out, it just has to come off of the hose and the new one be installed.

Thats not an EGR valve, its the PCV valve. These engines techically dont have a EGR system.
