2002 dodge ram won't start
I was driving down the hwy and my truck stalled. I have replaced the fuel pump, ing coils, cam sensor and spark plugs and it still won't start. If anyone has other ideas please let me know. Thank you

I would check the Alternater. Usually if the truck dies while running that is the first thing I check. Then go to the battery connections mainly the negative but check both then I would put a multi-meter on the battery and check the voltage. Basically I think it is something electrical. Sometimes when the alt. is bad the engine will run on the battery til the battery dies so that may be why it won't start. So you may need to change up what you check first but I would check all of these components. If you check the battery and the voltage is low re-charge it and see if it starts if it does still get your Alt. checked. You will need to find the root of the problem and most likely the battery would just be a sympton. Just my 2 cents

I ran my battery low once and would not start unless I feathered the throttle. I think the throttle position sensor needed to reset itself. Put in new battery and haven't had the problem since.
Wow!
Now I understand why you changed all of those components you stated in your opening. I will admit that I am a "Shade Tree Mechanic" but if I where you I would check for spark. Pull out a plug and put the plug back in the wire and have someone crank the engine. There are other ways to check for spark but I like this way the best. If you have spark then it is fuel. If you do not have spark then you need to check the distributor cap and rotor. My 5.9 has this set-up but I am not sure if your 4.7 has this set-up or if it has the coilpacks. If you have the rotor set-up and it is bad your timing is probably off and that is why it won't start. To check the fuel system you can dis-connect the fuel line betweem the filter and the engine and turn the key if the fuel doesn't run through then you need a fuel filter. If you have spark and fuel then go to the dealership and by an 08 leftover lol
Goodluck
