the only reason i don't care about paying that is because i'm frustrated with trying to find a set of headlights to send in to him and now i finally found a set so i just gotta wait till i get it in the mail. But i don't really care about paying the money because i am doing good financially right now so i don't really mind, i can do the tinting and installation of the lights themselves myself or with a couple of friends one day.

You use the clear mini blinds rods and heat them up to bend them in a circular or whatever other shape you want and put the LEDs in the ends. Here is a good DIY link

I bought my rods at Home Depot for about 1.80 each and a 30 pack of white 5mm 55000mcd LEDs with resistors on ebay for about $12.

Thats a good link. Thanks. I wonder if it can be made with something else instead of the blind rod. any thoughts?

Do angel eyes replace the use of regular bulbs?
