03 ram 1500 5.7, im all set to do my seafoam through the brake booster, how do i undo the brake booster to let it suck up, i cant fiqure out how it comes off

 

The hose pulls off of the booster. Best to use a large flathead screwdriver to slowly pry the hose off while simultaneously pulling. Take the hose off while the truck is off then put it back on about half way so you can get it off easy after you start the engine. It will run like crap when you remove the line so be ready to giterdone as soon as you pull off the hose.

 

so just keep prying the hose off, at 119,000 miles i fiqured it would be a good time to do it and im making sure to video tape it

 

well that sucked didnt get much of anythign just a little puff or two of smoke, so im wondering if i used enough, just over 1/3rd of the can

 

nah use the whole can.

 

A third of the can is plenty. That booster hose can be a bear to get off. Scared the heck outta me the first time. It does seem like somethin's gonna break. If you didn't get much smoke and followed the instructions, it just means there wasn't much crap to dissolve and burn. The second time I did it, I got no smoke. That made me figure to do it once a year or so.
