New Emblems and Mopar Tonneau
Well i finally got around to taking up dated pics of my truck. Got my Mopar tonneau cover a few week ago. Had the rest of my bed stripe ran across it. I also painted all my emblems flat black. I got the tonneau cover brand new for $400 bucks, and $20 for the rest of my stripe. I'm going to go pick up my new wheels in about 2 weeks. I got brand new 08 20" 5-spokes powder coated flat black with a red lip for $900. My BFI Intake should also be here in about 2 weeks. I'll take some more pics when they come.

I'm curious, why a mopar tonneau? Was it cheaper than aftermarket? For the life of me, i forget what we put on the Ram. But we looked at 3 or 4 styles and liked it the best, with the ridge down the middle.
I like the stripe going over the cover, looks good. The emblems look good too. When you painted them did you take them off and paint them or just tape the truck off and paint them on the truck?

I went with the mopar because it's OEM, came painted the same color as my truck, and like you said, the ridge lines up with the middle window. If i didn't have connections through my dad, it would have cost me $1100 and i probably wouldn't have got it for awhile. Price wise, it's on the high end compared to most aftermarket covers. I was actually going to get a ******** tonneau with a molded spoiler but i had no way to get it at wholesale.

I used fishing line and just sawed them off. Sanded the chrome a little bit, then wiped them with prep wipes. I put like 6-7 coats of paint on them because i can't spray a clear coat. Last time i only put two and the chrome started coming through on the edges. After they dried i just put them back on with 3M emblem adhesive.
