Do you really need to ask this question?
4:56, of course.

the 4.56s is one more complete rotation than the 3.55s this makes it easier to turn bigger tires

Mainly, torque to the rear wheels will be greatly increased, stress to the transmission and other driveline components will be greatly reduced and engine effeciency will be increased...

what are the pros and cons of going 4:10 vs 4:56? Im at least going 4:10 but am wondering what my power and mileage will be with either. I do half city and half highway driving. And I do tow my boat that isnt light. I found a shop that will swap front and rear for a $1000.00 btw

Don't even mess with 4.10s, the 4.56s would only be turning about 300 more rpm at highway speed, mpg loss would be just about un-noticeable, but that little bit of added rpm would be enough to keep the tranny from searching for the right gear and would keep you in the "sweet spot" more effectively...
