Default Electrical issues

I tried to install some Netami LED tail lights to replace the old standard bulbs. The LED worked fine on the right taillight but upon putting the new LED bulb in the left side taillight, everything on the left taillight went out.

I assumed that the piece that holds the bulbs needed to be replaced, but the blinker and brake lights work fine on the left and right side.

When I turn on the headlights, the left taillights do not light up and the orange section of the front left does not light. Also, the license plate lights do not come on. What could be wrong?

Thanks
