yea they are about 250. I also was told that these kits could possibly be hard on you truck due to overextending everything. at least this is what the guy a schwabs said. He said the are taking them out all the time due to suspension malfunction? any one have any thoughts here?

As far as I know, nobody is having problems with their keys throwing their front end off. You will be fine. But one thing, when you install the keys, make sure you dont crank them all the way down. leave a couple of threads, just as a safety factor.
