Yup I'm a newbie to the forum but not to trucks, althougth this is my first Dodge. Yes I admit it I am a 50 Year Old Virgin. I have a question about the upper dash panel.

Item number 2, I want to find out if it is kept in place by clips or some other means. I am going to do a custom stereo system and would like to install tweeters in the provided openings if I can. Thanks for your input.

 

i think there is already tweeters in there , i just bypassed my infinity amp and all the dash speakers, and put my tweeters in the door panel. they sound great there!

 

Here is a better pic from AllData but yes there are 3.5" opening and there are coax already thiere is you have the Infinity sstem. If not then they are empty. I also added tweets where Nim81 added his.
